About the tool

SeekDom checks a domain shortlist against registration services

SeekDom is a free, no-account tool for checking up to 50 complete domain candidates in one request. It is built for a shortlist you already have—not for generating names or selling registrations.

What happens after you click check

The application validates and de-duplicates the input, discovers the relevant RDAP service through IANA data, and queries up to three registries concurrently. If no RDAP service is known, it uses a strict WHOIS fallback. A failed or ambiguous request is always shown as not checked.

Why the result does not say guaranteed available

An explicit no-match response means no registration record was returned for that exact query. It does not resolve registry reservations, premium pricing, eligibility rules, trademark risk or a later registration. An accredited registrar supplies the final purchase answer and current price.

Data and privacy boundary

No account is required and domain queries are not persisted in an application database. The domain and request metadata still pass through SeekDom, hosting/network providers and the relevant registry. Operational logging and the optional consent-gated analytics boundary are documented in the privacy policy.

Who operates SeekDom

Dynamic Foundries, a French software publisher, builds and operates SeekDom. The service is independent of any domain registrar. That removes a checkout funnel from the lookup, but it does not make the upstream registry result infallible.
